SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship around the world. Ordered Items are shipped within 3 business days. We cannot ship on weekends or local holidays, when our postal services are normally closed.
We regularly combine shipping (no matter if you request it or not).
Adding additional items to your orders will never add to your shipping cost.
If you find yourself unsatisfied with your ordered item, please contact Kasla store through our email or phone number. Commitment to customer satisfaction remains our central rule. Please let us know. You may return the items within 30 business days from the shipping date. Please make sure returned Items are in their original condition and placed in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs in either direction. The refund payment will be made within three (3) business days upon receipt of the returned item.
Kasla store is open Monday to Saturday and is usually closed on Sundays and local holidays. However, even during these days, we may follow up on your emails, if they require urgent feedbacks.
