How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Unfortunately, shipment services in our region still remain underdeveloped. Currently, steps are being taken to improve the situation. At the moment, our shipped items may arrive to remote countries (such as Americas, Australia etc.) within 15-20 days. Occasionally, the transportation may take longer or sooner than this period
What is your return policy?
If you find yourself unsatisfied with your ordered item, please contact Kasla store through our email or phone number. Commitment to customer satisfaction remains our central rule. Please let us know. You may return the items within 30 business days from the shipping date. Please make sure returned Items are in their original condition and placed in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs in either direction. The refund payment will be made within three (3) business days upon receipt of the returned item.
